About ME

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC) in New Jersey, with experience in the behavioral health field since 2008. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to explore their experiences and take steps toward positive change. I truly enjoy supporting women as they navigate life’s challenges and take steps toward a meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling life.

When should I contact a Counselor?

It can be helpful to reach out to a counselor if you’re feeling overwhelmed, having trouble managing daily life, or noticing that your emotions are affecting your well-being, relationships, or work.

what to look for in a Counselor?

An effective counselor is present, and should make you feel heard, respected, valued, understood, and hopeful. They provide you with information and knowledge about how the process will support you, so that you feel a sense of control.
