About ME

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC) in New Jersey. I have been working in the behavioral health field since 2008. I seek clients who are open to sharing their experiences and want to make positive changes. I especially enjoy working with young adults and adults facing life stressors and mental health concerns, helping them manage their challenges and build the life they want through a personalized counseling experience.

When should I contact a Counselor?

You should contact a counselor when you're experiencing persistent emotional distress, difficulty managing daily life, or when mental health symptoms interfere with your well-being, relationships, or work.

what to look for in a Counselor?

An effective counselor is present, and should make you feel heard, respected, valued, understood, and hopeful. They provide you with information and knowledge about how the process will support you, so that you feel a sense of control.
